Le Destin de Lux

When I first arrived in this country known as the land of opportunity, I had the dream of serving in the military, completing my college education, and be a public servant. So far, no disappointment, looking back moving forward, a lot of people are impressed including one of my managers who did not hide his emotions to tell me that he was very impressed of my accomplishment as what I have achieved he as an American had never dreamed of. A Manager of another organization told me that I am dreaming as some who barely speak a word of English to think that I would be a writer one day. To a teacher in primary school in Haiti, diminished me and my brothers as 2 of them almost have their names resembles. To military supervisors giving unlawful orders almost causing my death while in Bosnia-Herzegovina. To managers overlooking my opportunities numerous times for promotions, to school advisors making me take courses that were not needed therefore made me waste time and money. I had to conclude that no obstacles are insurmountable. Dedication, hard work, and always focusing on reaching the mountain top not letting the outside negative noises taking a toll on your dream will make you succeed.
